Interview will mostly be over phone. Then the next day you will be informed if you got through. Then will be the salary discussion. Then it will take atleast 5 days for the offer letter to be released. We need to login to TCS careers page and accept the offer letter within 3 days, else the offer stands cancelled.

I had 2-3 phone interviews with hiring manager and team members. It was pretty decent. Asked about solarwinds tool and how a few stuff works in the software. What I exactly did at my previous company.

3 rounds . First one being mostly technical. 2nd with team lead and manager mostly asking for preferred location and wfo policy. Last one is salary negotiations with HR. Offer letter is rolled out few days/weeks post interview process.
