1.First foremore step is you need to cross Written test which checks your verbal/linguistic/technicat/logical/aptitude skills
2.Technical Round:once got qualified in Written test , you need to appear for inerview which checks your Technical ability
3.Managerial Round:Once if you get qualified in Technical round with satisfactory performance you will be allowed to attend Managerial round, which tests the Managerial skill of Candidate.
4.HR Round: this is the final round that deals with attitude/commitment/other skills/proactiveness/values and agreement process discussion.
These all rounds are need to be cleared with satisfactory performance to be Hired....All the Best

It was quite simple with a test NQT. Followed by Interviews with a panel. Tests weren’t too complicated had Verbal, Numerical and Business knowledge section. Have 1.5 hours to complete the exam and interview didn’t last more than 40 minutes.
