I was recruited from my college. 1st step is written(analytical). Very easy. 2nd round face2face interview. Questions depend on the mood of the interviewer. He might ask tough technical questions or just discuss candidate's hobby and stuff.

The interview is very difficult. Mostly they asked about my projects and asked questions which I didnot mentioned in my resume. Asked about scenario based questions. The interview went upto an hour.

It was bit though which happened virtual that means it was online and I gave it from my home using my brother's laptop. Internet was problem but somehow I managed to give interview to Tata Consultancy Services which is also called TCS
