The interview process for the Graduate Trainee role was relatively straightforward and of average difficulty. It primarily consisted of a technical round where the panel evaluated my practical knowledge of web development. They specifically asked me to discuss my experience with version control, focusing on Git and GitHub workflows. Following that, we had a detailed discussion about my projects utilizing the MERN stack. Overall, the communication was clear and the process moved smoothly.
