For Freshers: The process usually starts with the TCS NQT, followed by a combined or separate Technical, Managerial, and HR interview. For Experienced Professionals: The NQT might be bypassed, and the focus shifts more towards in-depth technical discussions, project experiences, and managerial capabilities, followed by an HR discussion. Document Verification: Be prepared to have your academic documents, ID proof, and resume verified at various stages, especially before the in-person interview rounds. Preparation: Strong preparation in core technical subjects, coding practice, and practicing behavioral questions is key to successfully navigating the TCS interview process.

It was quite simple with a test NQT. Followed by Interviews with a panel. Tests weren’t too complicated had Verbal, Numerical and Business knowledge section. Have 1.5 hours to complete the exam and interview didn’t last more than 40 minutes.
