A walk-in on weekend . They conduct walk-in for lot of different technologies profile together eg. pega, SAP, service now etc. There were thousand of candidates waiting in line to complete registration process . They ask you to fill every detail like entire education history with percentages, year . Entire Employment history , salary of each company , year to year . I don’t why they will ask these details every time . No body would remember these details in their mind. It takes lot of time and eventually hell slows the registration process. Candidates standing in line for hours for their turn under scorching sun. Interviewer hardly spends 1-2 mintues interviewing the candidate. You have to spend entire day for that 1-2 mins of interviewer time.
