The interview process at Tata Consultancy Services for the position of Assistant Systems Engineer Trainee was structured and comprehensive. It began with an initial online application, followed by a screening call from HR. After the screening, I was invited to participate in an online assessment that tested logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and basic programming skills. Upon passing the assessment, I was scheduled for a technical interview via video conferencing. The technical interview lasted about an hour and was focused mainly on my knowledge of programming concepts, databases, and problem-solving abilities. The final round was an HR interview, which was more about understanding my background, my career aspirations, and discussing the company culture and potential fit.

It started of easy with some questions about my projects and then to writing the code of my projects. knowing your basics of things that you put on your resume would help so much.
