The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was technical and focused primarily on theoretical concepts, along with one basic coding question (palindrome). The second round was more in-depth and project-focused. The discussion revolved around my previous work experience, and I was given one practical problem to solve using Ruby on Rails. The third round was a managerial round, where the discussion centered on my current roles and responsibilities, team collaboration, and overall work approach.
