I interviewed with three members from the programming & education team. It lasted roughly 30-40 minutes with probably 10 questions, all prepared in advance. Interviewers were generous and courteous in their feedback process. Tate HR was not very helpful.

I was asked to prepare multiple possible public programmes and then answer standard interview questions about how I've learned from failure, collaborative working style, etc. Given the Tate's size, they seem very interested in ego-free employees.
