I was scheduled for a technical interview and made sure to be on time. Unfortunately, the interviewer didn’t show up, and another individual joined the call without introducing themselves or turning on their camera, even though I had done both. The experience felt unprofessional, especially considering this was for a leadership role. It’s disappointing to see candidates' time being wasted in such a manner. If you’re unable to conduct a professional interview then you shouldn't call us the first place!
