There was no HR interview, so I was not informed how in general interview process/steps are organised. Had a short call with the Head of AI, no technical questions, just telling what I did/do with regard to projects.
Next, it was a 1 hour technical interview with 2 employees: 30min coding and 30min system design question.
After the just ghosted me... So, overall organisational and communicational part was extremely bad, starting from interview scheduling, finishing with not simply sending an automated email of rejection.

Coding question: Write a multihead attention class. Follow-up questions: what to do to make the input and output dimensions of the tensor different, explaining the code.
We are looking to develop a video generation base model that operates directly in 2D. The model should be able to take a reference image of a person and audio features and generate a video of the given person which is syncronised to the corresponding audio. How would you go about designing such a model?
We also want the ability to condition this model on further signals, for example emotion or textual descriptions. Would this change how you design the base model (which will not recieve these conditions)?

Invited to a call with a one liner email, during the interview they asked to share my screen during the coding test. I answered all question and solved the coding task. Finally ghosted by them with no email on their decision.
