Very general and straightforward interview with pleasant HR. The interview didn't really have any out of the box questions and felt generally comfortable. Not a scary experience but prob didn't go very well.

I applied online - easy application. I was contacted within two weeks and an interview was set up within a few days. The VP of operations interviewed me. It was 20 minutes long. He asked intense questions and wanted to know about research experience. About three weeks later, he sent me a formal letter in the mail declining my application.
