These are contractor jobs paying $50 a return. First interview was over the phone. Then there was an assessment test. Skills, personality, computer literacy. Took about an hour. After the assessment there is a second interview.

A few tax questions and that was really it. The pay offer was decent and was $30/hr. I declined the offer of employment because I could not meet the hours.
