The second interview involved discussing the task and meeting one of the trustees for more competency-based questions. The CEO is very friendly, approachable, and open, and asked all questions honestly. It was overall a good experience and Melissa did make sure to explain why I did not get the job in the end. It was possible the nicest rejection I've ever had.
