Applied online to TRAVEL TAGS which is a subsidiary of Taylor. Got an email to set up a phone interview after 2 weeks. As I was overqualified for the job, it was noticed by the man who was talking to me within a few minutes.. and he also said so, then I asked him that can you recommend me for the supervisor position which was available? He said yes and told me that it is another department and I will recommend you to the recruiter so they can set up a phone interview. He was a nice guy and after the interview, I emailed the recruiter and told her what happened. But didn't get a response. After a week I again contacted the guy and asked him what happened. He said HR contacted him and he recommended me to the position now it is in HR's hand when to schedule your interview with the other manager. I never heard back. So, if you want to waste your time and like being treated worst and see no attempt by the recruiter to match you to the position you truly qualify for and like being ghosted then go ahead. (Their wages are also not competitive at all.. was told that it will be max 18-19/hr for the night shift .... even a city bus driver earns more than that)

Didn’t get passed the phone screening. They wanted someone to completed work mean for a quality engineer at a significantly lower wage. The recruiter told me he would find something for me with my skill set but never called back. The position required a degree and previous experience which is unrealistic for what the role required.
