The interviewer had not even reviewed my resume prior to my arrival. Perhaps, they were unorganized. It seemed the purpose was only to see me and consider inviting me for a second interview. He would not even take the time to answer all of my questions. The interviewer admitted the posted job description was vague. It seemed to be a waste of time. Everything we accomplished in the twenty minute interview could have been done in a phone call.
