The first step after applying for a job is a test. You’ve got an hour and half to do a test, consisting of a part in English and a part in Serbian. Some standard questions (about yourself, your interests, professional background etc.), two case studies- how would you write an email in some real life situations (from a job perspective that you’re applying for), plus sharing your knowledge about a company and some professional terms commonly used in that industry and some questions testing your intelligence level.
