Interview process was efficient, informative and most of all - normal! I initially met with two members of TW at Head Office in High Wycombe, this interview consisted of setting out clear expectations about the role and learning more about my skills and abilities through competency based questions. I was then invited back for a second interview with two more senior members to ensure longer term aspirations could be met on both sides and to finalise details. All interviewers were welcoming, informative and best of all passionate about the company that they worked for. I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience!
