Phone interview with recruiter, then zoom interview with hiring manager and two team leads. Zoom interview was ridiculously unprofessional. Interviewer was late to meeting; interviewee was the only member of the meeting to have video. Interviewers would remark on your reaction to their question while not allowing you to see their reaction to your answers. Interview questions were poorly constructed with unclear instructions and when asked to clarify the interviewer would change the question. Bad experience.
