It was a pretty standard process - application form, phone interview and then assessment centre which included a role play and a formal interview. The interviewers were lovely and made me feel at ease.

It was lengthy process but lots of feedback throughout - presentation, teaching practice, formal interview. All the recruitment staff were very helpful and informative throughout. Updates were by phone call and email.
It was an all day interview where I was part of different group activities, a teaching session and then a classic interview stage. I felt well-supported and able to ask questions. The group stage was great for relaxing me, as was the fact that the interview itself lasted on-and-off over the day!
