Written application followed by assessment centre. Very much competency based. Assessment centre was a long day with large gaps of not doing a lot, but nice to meet the other applicants and friendly culture.

Assessment Centre - different tasks were given. First a group exercise with a scenario within which everyone had to contribute then there were two independent tasks, one was a scenario based one and one a pre planned lesson, followed by a solo interview.
