Three rounds, a teaching task, a group interview and feedback, then a individual interview. People were friendly and the day was well organised. It was a full day (9-5) and there were around 30 of us there.

Completed an online application, went for a development day where there was a group activity, a mini lesson and a formal interview. We were also watched for the whole day to see how we interact with others
