Pretty much the same as everyone else. Applied, did a 30min phone interview with current T4A Teacher in New York. Got invited to a final interview which I will be attending tomorrow. Had to submit transcripts, recommendations, prepare a teaching lesson. Hopefully I do well.

The interview was relaxed and they were certainly there to help. They made it clear they would help you through the whole process of becoming a teacher with your own mentor guiding you.
