It's a three-part application process -- written application, then optional phone interview/ online component, and then the final in-person interview. The in-person interview lasts half a day and includes a five minute teaching presentation which seems like a very important part of their decision-making process. There is also a group discussion that seems kind of silly because everyone is trying to sound smart, and then a final one-to-one interview.
