You complete a phone interview asking questions about how you'd handle certain situations within a school classroom. Fairly easy and straight forward. After the interview is completed, they offer you a position if they think you are a good fit.

Then a group interview over zoom where a representative goes over the company structure, pay, role and how the role works, interviewees can then choose to accept the role if it meets what they were looking for.

Application with a couple questions, then i was contacted within a day of applying. There were many times available to sign up for a video interview. The “interview” was more of an informational zoom call with other applicants (around 20 other people).
