The interview process took a month and half. However, communication with HR in Ljubljana was really poor, as they were very slow to reply and there were long waiting times between interviews (on one occasion I received a reply after two weeks, only to have the last interview postponed again). I was interviewed three times and had to complete a long test. After the last interview, I was told HR would contact me, but I never got any reply. I do not mind a rejection, but I think it is only respectful to let a candidate know the outcome of the interview process in a timely manner, especially when a lot of time and energy have been invested by candidates during the interview process. All in all, I was very disappointed by this experience. How prospective employees are treated says a lot about the company in itself, and I realised Outbrain (Ljubljana) does not give enough importance to positive candidate experience, as they purportedly say.
