The Senior HR Manager does a phone interview. He reschedules due to conflicts which I understand. He interviewed me for a position that I wasn't even applying for. It was for the Practice Manager for WebCenter Portal. I was looking for a Solutions Architect position in the Fusion Middleware Portal/Content/SOA realm. I didn't know he was submitting me for this position. I get a call back saying they want to do a technical interview. I schedule it and he calls back and says he regrets to inform me that they've passed on my resume due to experience. Horrible communication with hiring management. Their salaries aren't market competitive because they try to sucker you into their fake stock option plan. They just keep handing out stock options with no value. I don't recommend anyone working for this company.
