Interview process was fairly standard for a SaaS company. There was an initial screening call with a recruiter. An aptitude test, an interview with the hiring manager, an interview with the department VP, and then a final culture fit interview with one of the founders. At some point, I was also asked to provide a small portfolio of my work.
Their recruiters are amazing! They were super communicative throughout the process.
I was asked to get on a fairly quick call with the recruiter for about 10-20 minutes going over my experience and why I was looking for a new position. The recruiter was pleasant to talk with and she seemed very nice.
After going over everything I was told I'd be required to take an assessment to continue on with the process. It's basically an assessment to go over some logic, pattern matching, and some math problems to gauge how you think. They encourage you to take a few practice tests first, which I did. I then completed the assessment they required. It did not say the score I got, but I thought I did well.
Despite spending my time practicing for, planning time for, and completing the assessment they required, I never heard back from this company. Seemed like a waste of my time.

I was not hired but I did interview. I interviewed with the recruiter and the overall conversation and questions went extremely well. They then have you take an assessment, and based on the results, you move forward in the interview process or not. The assessment had absolutely nothing to do with the role, and you don't get your score at the end or further feedback, which was disappointing. Seems like a nice company to work with, but the interview process was a bit odd.
