I applied for this position via Monster.com. My first interview was by telephone with Team Health Human Resources who then arranged an in-person interview between myself and the Medical Director at my current hospital. During that interview, we discussed my skills and experience. He arranged for me to complete and on-line competency test, which was somewhat difficult. All in all, the entire interview process was quick, efficient and friendly.
