First I had a phone call from the HR talent scout where we talked about basic interview stuff: why me, my experience, why would I be good at the job etc. After this, a sales pitch interview was set up some time from the first interview. I received an e-mail with the case and some information on the products. On the call, I needed to sell the product to a customer while the sales director listened in. The call was good and gave an realistic idea of what some of the job would be. After the sales call later on, they flew me in to the HQ in Göppingen, Germany. Everything was set up very well and clearly, they really do use a lot of time and effort to make sure they have the right persons hired. The interview at the HQ was with the HR person and Sales Director, talked about the job, my qualifications, had to make a short presentation on the spot about myself. I found out very soon after the on site interview that I was hired.
