After applying to the position I had a brief general interview with the hiring manager. A week later I had a technical interview with the panel of 5 people which was quite refreshing in its approach compared to most of the interviews. They said I will receive feedback within two weeks, which is exactly what happened, and feedback was accompanied with an offer.
