I had an interview with the hiring manager, then completed the home task, and had another interview to present the results of it. I really enjoyed the meetings, the managers had really good and constructive questions. Unfortunately, I have never heard back from them, even after sending a follow-up email (it’s already over one and half months since the last interview). Even if it’s a rejection, I would like to receive this kind of feedback, especially after investing my time in the home task and interviews. That’s very unprofessional.
