I applied online and had a video screener. Interviewer was a bit condescending and showed a lack of knowledge for design through his comments and specific questions. He mentioned Teambridge previously used a design as subscription service and wanted examples of previous design work using pop out UI examples. Any decent designer would be able to do that type of design regardless of experience. He revealed that he had scheduled 20 interviews for this part-time position and seemed to take the frustration out on the candidates. Salary range was not listed or mentioned and the attitude gave an impression of an environment that would undervalue the work.
