Colloquio
Very positive experience - relaxed interview, really had a sense of the interviewers wanting to get to know me as a person beyond just academics and professional experience. It was very open-ended and my answers led the discussion as opposed to the interviewers running through a prescribed list of questions. Two stage process (an initial virtual interview followed by a writing task and a face to face interview). The experience was very positive and made me really want to join the team, as everyone came across very friendly and welcoming.

In a few words, the interview process was Inclusive, Supportive, Responsive and everything nice! Firstly, as a graduate, innumerable applications go out on a daily basis and only a handful get back with interviews or even a rejection notification for that matter but with Teamspirit, I experienced a stark opposite experience and oh my isn't that a rarity?! I heard back from them within a week and even set up an interview in a jiffy. The interview was very casual and more like a conversation to get to know each other, our experiences, our requisites and the agency. What is usually considered a daunting process was made very casual and professional at the same time. The interviewers made me feel at ease and made the whole process less of a "process" and more like a conversation between two parties who are genuinely interested in what each of them has to offer.
