Really thorough - long application, pre-interview test, presentation during interview and then 1.5 hours of questions. Felt very well led and communicated with throughout, and gave lots of space for me to ask my questions. I felt heard and understood.

1 interview with presentation about a campaign you have managed. Prayer at the beginning of interview and at the end. Interviewers were very nice and personable and didn't feel too formal
Very straight forward, only one stage and asked questions you would typically prepare for eg why do you want to work here, what skills do you have, tell me an example of X
