Applied for the Team Member/Barista position online, received an email the next day saying that they wanted to interview me. Scheduled the interview for a couple days later and had a 1:1 interview with the General Manager. It was very casual, questions mostly related to personal background, interest in tea, why Teavana, etc. Was offered the position on the spot.
