Got a call from a recruiter, call went well. I was overqualified for the role, but was willing to at least talk to the hiring manager/team to try and see how I could fit. Was told I’d hear back on next steps in 3-4 business days and was ghosted. Didn’t even respond to my request for an update. 6 weeks later I was sent an email saying they have moved forward with other candidates. I definitely think I dodged a bullet here.
