One initial phone screen with outgoing PM; two on-site interviews with Hiring Manager, several other PMs and individuals who worked at San Jose site. Took a long time for hiring manager to report back after final interview on status. Finally heard and was dissapointed that there wasn't much update from anyone between the last interview and decision (7+ weeks).

Personality test on line and initial phone screening followed by an on site interview with multiple stake holders. Stakeholders included direct potential future colleagues, HR, Hiring manager and cross-functional team.
