Applied on their website. In 3 business days received a LinkedIN request from their HR from the USA. She asked me to send her my CV, even though I'd already sent it via their website. I sent. Then she called me in some 20 minutes, briefly interviewed. Asked if I was ready for another phone interview in several hours. I agreed, however noone called me.
