Colloquio
The Interview consisted of four rounds, with them being aptitude and reasoning, Picture perception, Technical HR and final HR round. There were eliminations in each round. If you clear the first two rounds, the other rounds will be comparatively easy. The Technical HR would check for your technical skills and the final round is easy as it would consist of personality evaluation. If you answer positively, then no worries.

It started like any other interview. Had 3 rounds, Technical, HR and Managerial. They asked questions related to C and operating system and pretty much related to whats on your resume.

There were 4 rounds-1.Online Aptitude Test
2.Essay Writing
3.Technical Interview
4.HR
The selection Process started with an Online Aptitude Test,with 75 Questions to be attempted in 50 minutes.There is a sectional as well as total Cut off.Time is the key along with accuracy.You need to score alteast 50% of the total marks to clear this round,as this is a major elimination round and the most difficult to clear compared to other rounds.
After clearing this round, there was an essay writing test,where we have to write an essay by looking at a randomly generated picture.Try to be grammatically correct which is the key trick to crack this round.This round also has many eliminations.
Once you clear these 2 rounds,you have an 80% chance to get placed.Next round is a Technical Interview round.This round is not that tough and can be cracked if you have knowledge of basic C,C++,Data Structures,and SQL.Note that the interests you have mentioned in your Resume is very important,as you will be mainly asked from that.Interviewers were good and friendly.Once you clear this Round,you are 99% placed.
Last is HR which is just a formality.Just random family background Questions were asked and
it was over in 5 minutes.
I was selected at last.Out of 450+ students,they selected around 90.Results were declared through an e-mail when I reached home the same day,with the LOI(Letter of Intent) to be generated.
