The interview was taken by the client and post that there was a case study done. All went good and HR asked the documents to proceed with. There were multiple calls with HR. I had to explain the my compensation multiple times even i informed my CTC before the interview. I had to teach them how ESOP plan works in multiple discussions. They understood the compensation and it was more difficult for me to explain the ESOP plan than giving interviews. After that they told their HR head will call for compensation numbers finalization. Unfortunately they never called me and bothered to tell what happened after confirmation of positive outcome. Pathetic way of treating a candidate, feels disrespected at the end.
