The interview process consisted of multiple stages. Initially, there was an application submission and profile screening. After that, I attended an HR screening round where my background, experience, and communication skills were evaluated. This was followed by an operations/managerial interview where questions were asked about my previous work experience, team handling, KPIs, coaching, and problem-solving abilities. The process also included discussion about shift timings, role expectations, and salary. After successfully completing the rounds, the final step was feedback and further communication from the HR team regarding the next steps.

Overall positive learning: clear instructions, smooth scheduling, and realistic support scenarios provided useful insight into the process . However, a couple of interruptions during answers felt curt and slightly rushed; keeping responses concise helped manage the pace
