Colloquio
Interview was pretty simple.
there were 3 rounds if i wasn't wrong.
1. self intro
2. group discussion
3. HR round
self introduction was about 3-4min which was pretty easy.
GD was a bit ok and it was about 15min
HR round was about some basic technical questions and discussion about the company and process.

Good and nice experience of 3 rounds and managerial round at last . The whole interview process is very good. Every round is easy all three rounds . Anyone can Crack the interview if they have good communication skills

Basically, It contains three rounds first two manager round which tests your communication and ability to solve customers query on chat because It's a chat process and then one assesment round which test your english skills. All are eliminations round you have to be give answer quickly yet correctly.
