Day 2…got a call from Tech Mahindra RMG(HR) that you Have Cleared 1st round will Schedule 2nd round (they usually called to there office as i am in other city they have taken Skype Round) 3. Day 3…. got a call from Tech Mahindra RMG(HR) that you Have Cleared 2nd round will Ask HR team to Call you for Salary Discussion. 4. Day3 …Same Day got call From HR Formal Salary Discussion Done,They Ask me shares all my Document (Education Certificate,PAN Card,Aadhar Card,Passport,Last Organisation Offer letter….ETC) 5. Day 4…..Got Mail From HR asit contains Formal CTC Breakup ask for my approval on same (Just Formal CTC breakup as business approval is still pending. No confirmation of JOB Yet)
