Process is a bit lengthy and slow. After one round is finished there is no feedback by when HR will contact us and which round was completed. Basis level question should be selected. As to a lead developer related questions might not be helpful.
The interview process is good and the panel asked good questions and the level of difficulty is medium and asked the questions on finance and controlling and sub areas like ap,ar, gl accounting, asset accounting and bank accounting

There were four rounds and all off them are eliminate rounds. First was Verbal communication, second was the Technical interview, third was Ops Interview and last round was HR interview
