The job description posted was for variety of experience 5 to 15 years. The HR to the trouble of sending me the JD and scheduling my interview. But, the recruitment process was below standards. HR was not on time. The applicants had to stand in the sun for 1.5 to 2 hrs for initial verification at the security. The initial resumes submitted to the HR was mixed up and there was second roll call-out to determine if, the applicants were for manual testing or automation testing. No rooms were open for interview and one of the managers was conducting interview in open lawn. Sounds unbelievable ! It was a 3-4 year experienced guy who conducts interviews for 10+ years of experience and when he seeks the opinion from his manager on the recruitment process. The manager conducting interviews in the lawn reluctantly says convey the message that he is overqualified. If the person is over-qualified for the job, why did you call him for the interview and make him stand outside the gate for 2 hours. This is Tech Mahindra recruitment process. AWFUL !!!

Telephone Screening followed by In-person interview then the final HR discussion followed by security/reference checks. It was a great interaction with the Program Manager on the Testing Life Cycles, Credit Card platform.
