Unprofessional, they only bother about salary. Only freshers/juniors stand a chance. They post jobs everyday mentioning mid level, etc. experience but that's false. Salaries offered is extremely low. Candidate has to chase the recruiters to get an update, they never share any feedback and simply stop answering calls/messages/emails.
