Always confirm the budget. They will proceed with multiple levels of interview and in the end they will say they can't even afford your current CTC. That too after taking multiple follow ups from HRs then you can get the update.

The interview was held for Testcomplete and readyapi. Although I explained everything with hands on knowledge, my profile was not shortlisted. Probably due to the interviewer himself not aware of the tools and had no experience as it was clear during the interview process. Advice to HR - please keep interviewer who knows and understands about the requirement.
