First Round : Technical , based on your resume Second Round : A problem was given and we need to come up with the design Third Round : HR - Salary Negotiation I got selected and they have asked me to mail the documents to process the offer.After waiting for more than two weeks there is no response from them.So I dropped a mail.I got a response that they are in process of getting approval for processing my offer.I waited for two more weeks and there is no response.I dropped a mail again.After few days they replied that due to business reasons they are not going ahead with hiring. The worst part is they are still advertising in job portals that they are hiring for same skillset in same location for same years of experience.I feel like I have wasted one complete day by attending the interview there.Very Worst experience !
