The interview process is quite simple if we put some efforts. I have applied to the role of customer support BPO voice process in Telugu and English role There are 3 rounds in it 1. Hr round ( group questioning) 2. Hr round ( Face 2 Face) 3. Main interview First we have to take the interview ID card and we have to enter to the main building after entering to the main building they will call you as per your ID card number and not by your name after entering they will keep waiting for at least one and half hour if the interviewing person is friendly they will tell the topic and will tell how much you have to say in interview of first round After if you have qualified in the group of questioning in first round they will tell the results after the interview completed there itself without taking any time gap if you selected to the second round there are questions which are quite similar to the first round itself There is another special advantage in this role is you can tell the answers to the questions in your comfortable language too but mainly they will ask you most of the questions is in English but if you have applied other than your mother tongue and english there will be specified questions which you have to answer in that specified language In this specified language what you have chosen you have to answer all the questions in that specified language in very polished way and pure language speaking not even you have to mix up the language of your mother tongue and English too ( example: if you have choose bpo voice process tamil role this mean u have to speak only in tamil you shouldn't mix english while self introduction or in other questions which they are asked you to tell ) I am just writing my experience because I thought this would help you to crack the interview and getting a well settled position and I would not say that you have to answer this same as I said below and you can add your own answers including this and this might be helpful at least for 60% of your answering
